Who this notice is for

This notice applies to anyone who visits MaidMatch.ae, whether or not you have created an account. If you are signed in, your account settings page may contain additional information about how we handle your profile data.

Visitor ID cookie

When you visit our site, we place a small file called a cookie on your device. The cookie is named mm_visitor.

This cookie gives you a persistent visitor ID. It lets us recognise you as the same person across separate visits, browser tabs, and even after you close and reopen your browser. We use it to connect your early browsing on the site with a later contact or hire attempt — for example, when you follow a short link like /hire/{token} to reach out about a helper you viewed.

The cookie is kept for up to 365 days, and that period is refreshed each time you view a page on the site. If you clear cookies from your browser, a new visitor ID is created — we cannot recover your previous visitor history.
